The main challenge was to turn our client, a retail company specialising in sportswear and accessories, into a data-driven company and to optimise business decision-making.
The business challenge consisted of creating new business models in the insurance sector, particularly in the home, life and death insurance sectors. The objective was to conduct a comprehensive identification and evaluation of use cases, solutions, startups and platforms, both nationally and internationally.
